University Introduction

Fairleigh Dickinson University is an American private, non-profit university founded in 1942 and the largest private school in New Jersey. Fairleigh Dickinson University has four campuses, including two U.S. campuses in Madison, New Jersey — College at Florham and Metropolitan Campus in Teaneck, located just 10 miles from New York City. The University also has two campuses overseas in the United States, one in Vancouver, Canada, and the other in Oxfordshire, England. The Oxford campus was formerly Trinity College of the University of Oxford. It was also the first American school to have a campus in the UK. In 2007, the school began offering degrees at its Vancouver campus.

University Ranking

Fairleigh Dickinson University is ranked the 14th Best Value School in the North by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges in 2023. Ranked 7th by CEO World Magazine in 2022, it was named the best hotel management school in the world. The school of Business is accredited by the AACSB’s Association of International Business Schools, which was reviewed by Preston as the Best Business School of 2018.

BS in Business Administration

Program length: Four years

Admission dates: January, May and September

Language requirements: IELTS score of 6 with a minimum of 5.5

High school subject requirements: Grade 12 English and Math

 

BS in Information Technology

Program length: Four years

Admission dates: January, May and September

Language requirements: IELTS score of 6 with a minimum of 5.5

BA in Individualized Studies — BA in Individualized Studies (Hospitality Management Specialization)

Program length: Four years

Admission dates: January, May and September

Language requirements: IELTS score of 6 with a minimum of 5.5

High school subject requirements: Grade 12 English

Scholarship

✓ Students enrolled in undergraduate programs receive a scholarship of 15 percent of university tuition fees.

✓ Academic score of 90% or above, receive 50% of tuition scholarships.

✓ SAT score of 1180 + 90% academic grade or above, receive 65% of tuition scholarships.

✓ SAT score of 1280 + 90% academic grade or above, receive 75% of tuition scholarships.
