OSSD Curriculum Structure

The Ontario Secondary School Diploma is one of highest distinctions for any secondary school students in the world. With its methodical ways of bringing advanced high school curriculums to students anywhere, it is an honor recognized by virtually every institution not only in Canada, but also the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and many other nations around the globe.

Diploma Requirements

To obtain an Ontario Secondary School Diploma, one must earn/pass:

  • 18 compulsory credits
  • 12 elective credits
  • 40 hours of community service

GEA courses for all grades (Including in-person and online courses)
